One Foundation, Many Directions

A person isn't one problem with one fix. Underneath whatever's brought you here, there's a nervous system finding its way through old patterns, a body carrying experiences your thinking mind has long since filed away, relationships that either steady you or unsettle you, beliefs about who you are that formed before you had any say in the matter, and underneath all of that, something in you that was never actually broken.

Neurosomatic Awareness covers this whole territory, in real depth, and it's the foundation everything else builds on. But some situations call for something more specific: the particular pressures of leading a team, the particular demands of parenting, the particular pressures a teenager faces that an adult doesn't. That's what the courses beyond it are for, taking the same approach and applying it more deeply, for the people and situations it fits most closely.

A growing body of work

Neurosoma isn't a single course — it's an ongoing exploration of the nervous system, the body, our emotions and our patterns, and how they all connect. Everything here rests on the same foundation: awareness, embodiment and presence, helping you understand yourself from the inside out rather than just managing symptoms.

Neurosomatic Awareness is where it starts — a comprehensive, experiential course, complete in its own right, and completely free. Future courses will go further into specific areas, always grounded in that same approach.

Neurosomatic Awareness — available now

A free, comprehensive, transformational course in its own right: 35 video lessons across ten modules, built around an original nervous system map that you won't find anywhere else, from understanding your own nervous system states through to working with emotions, and exploring your patterns, core beliefs and wounds. No experience needed, work through it at your own pace.

Neurosomatic Relationships — coming next

Neurosomatic Awareness taught you how your own nervous system works. Neurosomatic Relationships takes that work into the place it was always heading: the relationships you actually live in. It's the natural next chapter for anyone who's done the inner work of Neurosomatic Awareness and is ready to bring it home, to the people who matter most.

You'll learn why conflict is rarely about what it looks like on the surface, why your partner sometimes hears criticism where none was intended, and how to look beyond your partner's protective patterns and recognise the true person beneath them. You'll build real tools for repair, secure attachment, and the small daily rituals that keep connection alive over the long term.

Keeping this work going and growing takes real time and care, so this one won't be free like some of what you've seen from me before. But it's priced to stay genuinely accessible: just £29 for the full course, a fraction of the cost of a single couple's counselling session, and a small one-off investment next to what it offers your relationships in return.

Future Courses — coming later

These are the courses I'm considering next, but nothing's fixed yet. Which ones actually get made, and in what order, depends on you: use the form below to tell me which ones you'd like to see, and I'll build the ones with the most interest first.

Neurosomatic Leadership for business professionals.

Most leadership training focuses on strategy, communication and decision-making, but rarely on the nervous system doing the deciding. This course looks at how your own regulation, or lack of it, shapes how you lead: how stress and old patterns show up in high-pressure moments, how your state affects the people around you, and how to lead from a steadier, more present place rather than from reactivity.

Neurosomatic Parenting for parents and carers of children.

Parenting has a way of activating patterns you didn't know you still had. This course explores how your own nervous system and history shape the way you respond to your children, especially in the moments that test you most, and how becoming more aware and present in yourself can change what you're able to offer them.

Neurosomatic Teens for teenagers navigating anxiety, insecurity and big emotions.

Built for a younger audience, this course introduces the same ideas as Neurosomatic Awareness in a simpler, more relatable way: understanding anxiety, big emotions and confusing reactions not as something wrong with them, but as a nervous system doing its best to protect them. The aim is to give teens language and tools for what they're already feeling, earlier than most of us got them.

Neurosomatic Spirituality for those interested in the transpersonal side of this work.

For those drawn to the deeper aspects of this work, this course explores what can open up as awareness, embodiment and presence deepen. Beneath the conditioning, protective patterns and beliefs lies the Essential Self: your true nature, which was never lost, only obscured. This course explores presence, stillness and a direct, felt relationship with that essential nature, bringing a grounded, nervous-system-informed lens to territory that's often approached in purely abstract or purely spiritual terms.
