Please read the following carefully before booking a session or programme with Neurosoma:
Booking Policies
By booking a session or programme with Neurosoma, you agree to be bound by the following policies. If you don't agree, please don't book.
New Clients
New private clients must complete a client intake form during the online booking process via Acuity Scheduling. This helps us ensure that NESA therapy or Neuro-Somatic Therapy is appropriate for you before we begin.
Working Hours
Lee primarily works during office hours, with some evening availability. Please refer to the booking links on this website to view current availability.
Payments - Private Clients
Payment for individual sessions or packages must be made in full at the time of booking via Acuity Scheduling. No VAT is charged.
Payments - Corporate Clients
Corporate wellbeing programmes must be paid in full in advance of the programme commencing. An invoice will be issued upon agreement of the programme scope and dates, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. No programme will commence until payment has been received. Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Scheduling - Private Clients
You choose your session date and time during the online booking process. If you'd like to secure a regular weekly timeslot, please book a package and schedule all sessions in advance. This is the only way to guarantee your preferred time.
Rescheduling - Private Clients
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time by clicking the Change Appointment link in your confirmation email. For changes with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact Lee directly via email or WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Rescheduling - Private Clients
Individual sessions within a corporate programme may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice and must be completed within the agreed programme period. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
Please let Lee know as soon as possible if you're running late. Late arrival will result in a shorter session. If no contact is made, Lee will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start time, after which the session will be considered attended and cannot be rescheduled.
Non-Attendance
If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be considered attended and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Refunds - Private Clients
All bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances such as a genuine medical emergency, requests will be considered at the sole discretion of Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma). We're under no contractual obligation to issue a refund in such cases.
Refunds - Corporate Clients
Corporate programmes are non-refundable once payment has been received. If a programme can't be completed due to circumstances beyond the corporate client's control, Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) will use reasonable endeavours to reschedule outstanding sessions within an agreed timeframe. Refunds won't be issued for sessions not completed due to low participant uptake or client-side organisational changes.
Under 18s
Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) is not insured to work with individuals under the age of 18.
Right to Refuse
Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) reserves the right to decline or discontinue working with any client where it is deemed not appropriate or not in the best interests of the client or practitioner. Any unused pre-paid sessions will be refunded in such cases.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
The services provided by Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) are intended to support nervous system regulation, psychological wellbeing and general health. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Lee Bladon is a trained NESA therapist, somatic therapist and counsellor - not a medical doctor, psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. While NESA therapy is a clinically validated neuromodulation technology used in medical settings internationally, its application at Neurosoma is as a wellness and therapeutic service, not a medical treatment.
If you have a medical condition or are under the care of a healthcare professional, please seek their advice before engaging with our services. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication or offer medical treatment.
If you are in crisis or require urgent assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Release of Liability
By engaging with Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma), you agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for your own choices, decisions and results.
Assumption of Risk
NESA therapy and Neuro-Somatic Therapy involve working with the nervous system and may involve somatic and psychological processes that bring up deep emotions, unexpected insights or temporary physical sensations. You accept full responsibility for any emotional, mental or physical effects that may arise from your participation.
No Liability
Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma), including its owner and sole practitioner Lee Bladon, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage or adverse effects - whether physical, emotional, psychological or financial - resulting from your participation in any session, programme or use of information provided by Neurosoma, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) from any claims, demands or legal actions arising from your use of our services.
By proceeding with any session, programme or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this disclaimer and release of liability.
