Because Neurosoma is designed as a self-directed educational resource, I’m not able to provide individual advice about the programmes, your personal circumstances, or how the approach may apply to you.

Start with the free programme

If you haven’t completed the Neurosomatic Awareness programme yet, this is the best place to begin. It introduces the core ideas behind Neurosoma and gives you an opportunity to explore the approach for yourself before deciding whether you want to go further.

Neurosoma is an educational project not a 1:1 therapy service.
