Words with capitalised initials have specific meanings as defined in Section 2. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement:

"Company" (referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Lee Bladon Limited (Company No. 11682446), a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Neurosoma.

"Information" refers to any content provided on the Website or by the Company, whether verbal, written, explicit or implied, including educational content, programmes, research summaries and articles.

"Terms" refers to this Terms and Conditions agreement in its entirety, including any related policies published on the Website.

"You" refers to any individual or organisation accessing or using our Website, Information or Services.

3. Acknowledgement

By accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

4. Nature of the Website

Neurosoma is a nervous system education platform. It provides educational content, including the Neuro-Somatic Awareness programme, articles and resources, for the purposes of nervous system understanding and general wellbeing. The Information provided is educational in nature and is not medical, psychiatric or clinical psychological advice, and does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. 5. Paid Programmes

In addition to the free Neurosomatic Awareness programme, we also offer paid programmes. Paid programmes are sold and hosted via Payhip, a third-party platform, with payments processed via Stripe. By purchasing a paid programme, you also agree to Payhip's own terms of use.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we become VAT registered in future, stated prices will not change, any VAT due will be accounted for within the price already shown.

Refunds: Paid programmes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Licence: Unlike the free Neurosomatic Awareness programme, paid programme content is not covered by the Creative Commons licence described in Section 6 below. All rights in paid programme materials are reserved, and they may not be shared, reproduced, redistributed, or resold, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Purchasing a paid programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use that programme for your own learning.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Neurosoma website, including text, images, graphics and written materials, is the property of Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Except as set out below, you may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this Website without prior written permission from Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma).

Neurosomatic Awareness programme (free use): As an exception to the above, the Neurosomatic Awareness programme materials (videos, audio and PDFs) are made freely available for personal and organisational wellbeing use. You're welcome to share them and to host them on your organisation's internal systems (such as an intranet) for the wellbeing of your staff, or to share a link so people can access the programme directly. The programme materials must be kept unedited and credited to Neurosoma / Lee Bladon, and may not be sold, charged for, or repackaged as a paid product or service.

In formal terms, the Neurosomatic Awareness programme is released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). The full licence terms are available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites and published research sources. Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) for any claim arising from your use of our Website or Information is limited to £100.

Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of earnings or data loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. "As Is" Disclaimer

Our Website and Information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) makes no warranties that our Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is complete or up to date.

Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Website at any time if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please contact us in the first instance to resolve the matter informally. We'll aim to respond within five working days. If a matter can't be resolved informally, it may be referred to mediation before legal proceedings are commenced.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No failure or delay by Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, and no single or partial exercise of any right shall prevent any further exercise of it.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lee Bladon Limited in relation to your use of our Website and Information, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Changes to These Terms

Lee Bladon Limited (trading as Neurosoma) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
