4. Services

Nature of Services

Neurosoma offers Neuro-Somatic Therapy, available to individuals directly and to organisations as prepaid sessions for their employees. These services are provided for the purposes of nervous system regulation, psychological wellbeing and general health. They are not medical treatments and do not constitute medical, psychiatric or clinical psychological services.

Eligibility

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. By booking a session or package, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Intake & Suitability

Private Clients and Employee Clients are required to complete a client intake form as part of the booking process. The Company reserves the right to decline to work with any prospective client where it is reasonably determined that the Services are not appropriate or safe for that individual. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

5. Bookings, Payments & Rescheduling

Booking Routes: Private Clients book and pay for their own package of sessions, while Corporate Clients purchase a prepaid voucher for redemption by an employee. In both cases, booking and payment are handled securely through Acuity Scheduling.

Private Client Sessions: Private Clients purchase a package of five (5) Neuro-Somatic Therapy sessions. All five sessions must be scheduled and used within 100 days of the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within this 100-day period will expire and are non-refundable.

Prepaid Corporate Sessions (Vouchers): Corporate Clients purchase a package of ten (10) prepaid sessions in the form of a voucher, which is then redeemed by the Employee Client. A voucher entitles the Employee Client to schedule and complete all ten sessions within 200 days of the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within this 200-day period will expire and are non-refundable.

Confidentiality of Employee Clients: Where sessions are purchased by a Corporate Client for an Employee Client, the Employee Client schedules their own sessions and completes their own intake directly with the Company. The Corporate Client does not have access to the Employee Client's intake information, scheduling, session content or any personal data arising from the Services. The therapeutic relationship is solely between the Company and the Employee Client.

Consumer Rights Act 2015: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
