What We Collect and Why

The Free Neurosomatic Awareness programme

The Neurosomatic Awareness programme is currently our only available programme. It's free and open to everyone, no sign-up, registration, name, or email address is required to access it.

Paid Programmes

Other paid programmes are sold and hosted via Payhip, a third-party e-commerce and course platform. If you purchase a paid programme, Payhip will collect the personal and payment data needed to process your order and give you access to the programme (such as your name, email address, and payment details), and will use Stripe to handle payment processing. Payhip and Stripe act as independent data controllers for this information, and you can find out more about how they handle your data in their own privacy policies.

Programme Release Notifications

If you choose to, you can ask to be notified by email when a specific programme is released, by submitting your email address through our sign-up form. This is entirely optional and is not a general newsletter, we don't send any other marketing emails.

We use a double opt-in process: after you submit your email address, you'll receive a confirmation email, and you won't be added to the notification list unless you click to confirm. Once confirmed, we'll hold your email address only until we send you the one email notifying you that the programme you asked about has been released. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) to manage this and send these emails. Brevo processes your email address on our behalf and is a data processor under this policy. Please refer to Brevo's own Privacy Policy.

If you get in touch using the contact form on our Website, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message, so that we can respond to you.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

Consent — for programme release notification emails, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Contract — to respond to enquiries made through our contact form, and (via Payhip) to fulfil a paid programme purchase.
Legitimate interests — to run and improve the Website.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to those who need it to run Neurosoma. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share data with the following processors, who act only on our instructions, or, in the case of payments, as independent controllers in their own right:

Brevo — programme release notification emails.
Payhip — sale and delivery of paid programmes.
Stripe — payment processing for paid programmes, via Payhip.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Programme release notifications: We keep a separate email list for each future programme. Email addresses on a given list are kept until everyone on it has been sent the release notification for that programme, after which the list is deleted.

Contact form enquiries: We generally delete the details you submit through our contact form once we've responded to your enquiry, unless ongoing correspondence is needed.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for programme release notifications, simply use the unsubscribe link).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Ask for your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe we've mishandled your data.
